Shipping Policy

We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship all orders directly via a reputed third-party courier service provider.

 

Shipping charges:

Our shipping charges are based on weight and delivery location and shall be calculated at the time of checkout and payment. Each packaged unit is approx. 0.5 kg

We currently delivery Pan India only. Our standard shipping charges are as follows:

Within Delhi NCR: Rs. 50 per unit for shipping. Every additional kg will be charged at Rs. 40/kg

Delivery excluding Delhi NCR: Rs. 75 per kg for shipping. Every additional kg will be charged at Rs. 50/kg

Delivery Timelines:

Once your order is placed on the website and the same is accepted, we will issue an email confirming of your order. We strive to ship ordered products typically within 1-2 days. (except Sundays & Public Holidays).

Upon successful shipment of an order, we will send you an email intimation. The standard delivery within Delhi NCR shall be made within 3-5 business days & delivery to other cities shall be made within 7-9 days business days.

In an unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order within 14 business days of placing the order, we shall cancel the order and refund any amounts to the same account from which such payments were made from within 21 business days.

Damages & Replacements :

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the product is damaged in-transit or you have received the wrong item, we request you to contact us immediately by writing into customercare@thejarfoods.com or call/text at +91 – 9711306992 mentioning your Order ID along with an image of the damaged/incorrect product. We shall evaluate the issue and will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.
