Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds: 

Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returned merchandise. The company will not issue a refund to any customer  who refuses a delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment.


Order cancellations have to be made before orders are dispatched. For cancelling your order, you will have to contact our customer services by sending an email to or by calling 9711306992 and giving the reference of your order number.


In case we have already processed the order before receiving a cancellation notification, the order cannot be cancelled. has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.


Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.


In an unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order within 14 business days of placing the order, we shall cancel the order and refund any amounts to the same account from which such payments were made from within 21 business days.

Damages & Replacements :

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the product is damaged in-transit or you have received the wrong item, we request you to contact us immediately by writing into or call/text at +91 – 9711306992 mentioning your Order ID along with an image of the damaged/incorrect product. We shall evaluate the issue and will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.
